Riding & TRaining Facilities
We provide the very best facilities for horse training. All rings are signature Discount Dirtworks with an advanced watering and draining system (no puddles in the outdoor ring even after days of rain). There is a regulation-sized covered arena and an All-Weather outdoor ring (140’ x 200’), both with mirrors. There is a 1/2 mile walking trail around a lake, which is our own natural aqua trainer (horses love it!). There are two round pens - a covered 60' round pen with a high -clearance for riding — perfect for young horses - as well as an uncovered 60' round pen. If you would like to ride off property, Poinciana Farm is located directly on Loxahatchee Groves equestrian trail system.
The Winter Barns
We are proud to offer two Winter Barns for seasonal clients:
16 stalls each with wrap around aisles (all 12’ x 12’)
(3) grooming areas each
(3) wash racks each with hot/cold water individually controlled
12 x 24 tack room with laundry, refrigerator, upright freezer and sink
Additional 12 x 24 storage area for trunks and miscellaneous items

The Farm
Poinciana Farm was designed for horses and their people. The best training and work spaces combined with great attention to herd orientation and ventilation make the farm a peaceful and workable environment . All vehicles, deliveries and service are in the front separate from the horses, and there is room for the largest of trucks to deliver horses, hay or supplies. Vets and farriers have easy access to high quality work spaces. The horse park includes a lake to ride around (or in!) and the entire farm features highest quality irrigation, drainage and its own water treatment plant.
The Summer Barn
Designed to close up safely for storms, our Summer Barn features:
28 stalls (all 12’ x 12’)
16’, extra wide, center aisle
(2) climate controlled tack rooms individual wood lockers and sinks
(2) utility rooms with all appliances (laundry, refrigerator, upright freezer and sink)
(6) grooming bays
(6) wash racks with hot/cold water individually controlled
The Courtyard
The Courtyard is the center of everything at Poinciana Farm. With no vehicles, grazing areas and the paths to the rings, It features our Clubhouse and Dog Park, plus all of the barn work areas. The Clubhouse is casual, air-conditioned with a kitchen and tv - the perfect place to visit, and a good place for our evening presentations. Our canine friends are welcome in our dog park with two fenced grass run-outs and a covered shelter with fans.
The Courtyard houses our 8-horse, covered walker (with fans) and is adjacent to our paddocks, centrally located so all horses can see everything. There are 16 main paddocks, one stallion paddock and 9 barn-side smaller paddocks, each with well maintained grass and automatic waterers.
